3 Ways to Recover Deleted Files from Hard Drive

-> The X is the drive letter. If there are other alphabets instead of X, then write the desired drive letter and press the Enter key.

All the deleted files will be restored automatically, in its own respective place. Just keep track where the files are and you will find them easily.
2. Revert Back to the previous OS version
This process is just like time travelling. After deleting the file accidentally, if you cannot find it in the recycle bin, then open “My Computer” or “This PC”. After witnessing the system drive, right-click on it and select “Properties”.

Now, access the “Previous Versions” tab and you will see the system drive name in the “Unspecified” category. Select it and hit on the “Restore” button present below. After that click on OK option and close all the tabs. This procedure will be applicable to both internal and external HDD or SSD.
3. Use a Third-party Application
There are a lot of third-party applications available for data recovery. Analyse them by studying their capability regarding the recovery of data, features, advantages and disadvantages, and others. After that choose one of them, download and install it on your computer. After that, open the application and proceed through the following instructions as prompted.

The previous data was about Windows. But, if you use the Macintosh operating system, then the data recovery of internal system procedure will be a bit different. There is a feature in the Mac which is known as the Time Machine. Before availing the Time Machine feature, you have to make sure that there is a backup data file available.
